InvestorVault respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and retained when you visit our websites, contact us, or purchase our e-books.

In this Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to InvestorVault.

2. Information we collect

Enquiries and contact forms

When you submit a contact form, email us, contact us on WhatsApp, or book an appointment, we receive the information you provide. This can include your name, email address, phone number, message, appointment details, and service requirements.

E-book purchases

Our Cashfree checkout requests your name, email address, and phone number.

We also receive order and payment information made available through the payment process, such as the product purchased, amount paid, payment status, transaction reference, and purchase date.

We use your email address to deliver your digital e-book and provide order support.

Website usage information

Our hosting and website service providers may process technical information necessary to serve and protect the websites, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs.

On our e-book landing page, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collect usage and advertising information according to your privacy choices and the tools’ configuration. This can include page visits, referring advertisements, checkout clicks, browser or device information, and cookie or similar identifiers.

Information you choose to share

If you discuss your investment requirements with us, you may provide information about your goals, experience, or preferences.

Please do not submit passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, or account login credentials through contact forms, email, or WhatsApp. Any financial-service onboarding requiring additional personal information should follow the separately explained collection process.

3. How we use information

We use relevant information to:

• Answer enquiries and communicate about requested services.
• Arrange appointments.
• Process and verify e-book orders.
• Deliver digital copies by email.
• Resolve payment, delivery, and customer-support issues.
• Maintain necessary transaction, accounting, and business records.
• Protect our websites and prevent misuse.
• Understand landing-page performance and measure advertising.
• Build or reach advertising audiences through Meta, subject to applicable consent and platform settings.
• Meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Buying an e-book or submitting an enquiry does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated promotional messages. Where required, we obtain separate permission for marketing.

4. Cashfree payment processing

E-book payments are processed through Cashfree Payments.

Cashfree and the relevant payment providers handle payment information needed to complete your transaction. InvestorVault uses the order and transaction information made available to us for fulfilment, reconciliation, support, and applicable recordkeeping.

Enter payment authentication information only within the authorised payment process. Do not send it to InvestorVault by email, WhatsApp, or contact form.

After checkout, you may be redirected to investorvault.in. Your e-book is delivered by email following confirmation of successful payment.

5. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and cookies

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel on our e-book landing page.

Google Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources, and interactions with the landing page.

Meta Pixel helps us measure advertising performance and create advertising audiences. Meta may associate received event information with information it already holds, in accordance with its policies and your account settings.

The landing page provides Cookie preferences with options to accept or decline analytics and advertising tracking. Declining optional tracking does not prevent you from purchasing or receiving the e-book.

You can revisit Cookie preferences to change your choice. Browser settings also allow you to manage or delete cookies. Changing a preference does not automatically delete information previously and lawfully processed.

6. Sharing information

We share relevant information with providers that support:

• Website hosting, including Netlify for the e-book landing page.
• Cashfree payment processing.
• Email delivery and customer communications.
• Contact-form processing and appointment scheduling.
• Google Analytics measurement and Meta advertising activities described above.
• Necessary accounting, legal, and professional support.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or a lawful authority.

Analytics and advertising involve sharing certain usage information with Google and Meta; they are not limited to information held privately within InvestorVault.

Where you request assistance involving a financial-product provider, any necessary sharing is subject to the relevant notice, authorisation, and applicable requirements.

7. External services

Our websites link to services such as WhatsApp, appointment-booking platforms, and payment providers.

These providers also process information under their own privacy policies. This Policy describes InvestorVault’s handling of information and does not replace their notices.

8. Storage and international processing

We use online infrastructure and service providers that may process information in India and other countries.

Where applicable, transfers and provider arrangements must meet the relevant Indian legal requirements. We do not represent that all information remains exclusively within India.

9. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including:

• Handling enquiries and follow-up requests.
• Delivering purchases and resolving order issues.
• Maintaining legally required accounting and transaction records.
• Managing disputes, security incidents, and lawful requests.

Analytics and advertising data are also subject to the retention settings and policies of the relevant provider.

When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable legal obligations and backup processes.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps appropriate to the information we handle to protect against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices and privacy requests

• Request deletion where information is no longer required.
• Withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
• Stop optional promotional communications.
• Raise a privacy concern or complaint.

Requests are subject to applicable law, proportionate identity verification, and lawful retention requirements.

Withdrawing information necessary for an order or requested service may affect our ability to fulfil it. We will explain any resulting limitation.

This Policy is a notice about our practices; visiting a website alone does not replace consent where specific consent is required.

12. Children

Our purchases and service enquiries are intended to be made by adults.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation can contact us to request review and appropriate action.
