InvestorVault’s financial-services registration is with AMFI for mutual fund distribution. InvestorVault is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Adviser or Research Analyst.

AMFI registration does not by itself authorise securities research, independent investment advisory, portfolio management, insurance distribution, or other separately regulated activities.

MSME registration identifies the enterprise under the relevant government framework. It does not constitute financial regulatory approval, endorsement of our publications or services, or assurance of investment returns.

6. Mutual fund distribution and compensation

Mutual fund distribution and SEBI-registered investment advisory are distinct activities.

Regular mutual fund plans include distribution-related expenses. Applicable commissions or other remuneration connected with InvestorVault’s distribution services, and material conflicts of interest, should be disclosed as required before the relevant transaction.

Direct plans generally have lower expense ratios than corresponding regular plans because they exclude distributor commissions.

A consultation described as free does not mean an investment product has no expenses, commissions, exit loads, or taxes.

7. Calculators and projections

Our calculators provide estimates based on inputs and calculation assumptions.

Results may not fully reflect taxes, fees, inflation, contribution timing, exit charges, market fluctuations, or future changes in law.

Expected returns, assumed returns, and comparison scenarios are illustrations. A scenario described as conservative is not a guaranteed minimum or a limit on potential losses.
